On the night of February 23, the aggressor country of russia attacked Ukraine with 267 Shahed attack UAVs and various types of simulator drones from the following directions: Oryol, Bryansk, Kursk, Shatalovo, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Chauda, as well as three Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles from Crimea.
This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
It is reported that the enemy air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
As of 08:00 a.m., it was confirmed that 138 Shahed attack UAVs and drones of other types were shot down in the Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Kyiv, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi, Rivne, Mykolaiv, Odesa and Dnipropetrovsk Regions.

119 enemy simulator drones were lost in location (without negative consequences), three of them flew towards Belarus, one to russia.
Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Poltava, Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia Regions were affected by the enemy attack.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of February 23, the aggressor country of russia launched a missile strike on Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Region. Civilian infrastructure was under attack by the russians. There is one killed and wounded persons.
