Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi discusses situation on front and AFU needs with Bundeswehr Inspector General Breuer

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, held a meeting in Kyiv with the Inspector General of the Bundeswehr, General Carsten Breuer.

This is stated in the message of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Telegram channel.

During the meeting, General Oleksandr Syrskyi informed his German colleague about the operational situation on the front line, measures to transition to a corps structure, and expressed gratitude to the German people for their unwavering support for our fight against russian aggression.

The parties discussed the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in weapons, ammunition, military and special equipment, as well as the training of the Ukrainian military.

The meeting also considered the issue of technical maintenance and repair of German-made military equipment in service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized the importance of cooperation between Ukraine and Germany.
