Accreditation of media representatives is carried out until 5 p.m. on February 21.
One correspondent, one cameraman, one photographer can be accredited from one media outlet.
The time and venue of the event will be announced in the letter confirming accreditation.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, it is expected that on February 24, on the third anniversary of russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, EU leaders - President of the European Council António Costa and President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen, Prime Minister of Spain Pedro Sánchez, President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausėda - will visit Kyiv.
