The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) under the National Security and Defense Council Andrii Kovalenko confirmed that russian saboteurs attempted to enter the territory of Ukraine from the Kursk Oblast, but were destroyed.
Kovalenko reported this on Telegram.
!Regarding the information on the Kursk Oblast that appeared on social networks. There was an attempt of the russian saboteurs to enter the territory of Ukraine. The saboteurs were destroyed. There are currently no russian military groups capable of carrying out a large-scale offensive on the territory of Ukraine there," the message says.
It is indicated that attempts of the russian saboteurs to enter occur frequently, but the Defense Forces destroy the saboteurs.
