In the morning, Rosaviatsiya reported temporary restrictions on the reception and departure of aircraft at airports in Astrakhan, Vladikavkaz, Volgograd, Grozny, Kaluga, Saratov and Ulyanovsk.
The regional authorities are declaring a "massive attack" by UAVs. In particular, the governor of the Volgograd Oblast Andrey Bocharov confirmed a strike on an industrial facility, where a fire broke out after the attack. The Astra Telegram channel writes that one of the drones crashed into a residential building in Volgograd. No one was previously injured.
In the Kaluga Oblast, according to governor Vladislav Shapsha, fragments of a UAV fell on the territory of an industrial zone in the Dzerzhinsky district, where the refinery is located.
Explosions were also heard in the russian Saratov Oblast at night. The head of the region, Roman Busargin, claims that "the attack was repelled."
In the Rostov Oblast, according to the acting governor, Yuri Slyusar, drones attacked Rostov-on-Don, Sholokhovsky and Chortkivsky districts. In Rostov-on-Don, debris fell on a private house where no one was at the time of the attack.
Residents of the Tula Oblast also reported explosions, writes the Telegram channel Astra.
The Ministry of Defense of the aggressor country, the russian federation, claims that the russian air defense "intercepted" 40 drones at night: 17 over the territory of the Volgograd Oblast, 12 over the territory of the Kaluga Oblast, nine in the Rostov Oblast and two in the Saratov Oblast. The number of drones that reached their targets is traditionally not specified.
