Russia attacks Poltava Region with Kalibr missiles. Regional Military Administration reportes on consequences

On the night of February 11, russian troops launched a combined strike on Ukraine, using drones and missiles.

This is reported by monitoring channels.

During the attack, the Poltava Region was hit. Explosions were heard in the Lubny and Myrhorod districts.

It is noted that the enemy used Kalibr cruise missiles and ballistic weapons.

The shelling began with the launch of kamikaze drones. The movement of drones was recorded over the Kirovohrad, Sumy, Chernihiv, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk and Cherkasy Regions.

Later, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of cruise missile launches.

The missiles entered from the south, flew over the Kirovohrad Region and headed towards the Poltava Region. Monitoring channels also recorded the threat of ballistic strikes from the Belgorod and Voronezh Oblasts of the russian federation.

Journalist and military correspondent Andrii Tsaplienko reported the preliminary number of missiles fired at the Poltava Region:

"Explosions occurred within the Lubny and Myrhorod districts of the Poltava Region, 3 Kalibr missiles were used, 1 ballistic missile, probably Iskander-M," he noted in Telegram.

Local Telegram channels report a fire that broke out as a result of the attack.

As reported by the Poltava Regional Military Administration, according to preliminary data, 9 settlements in the Myrhorod district were left without gas supply as a result of the missile strike. No hits on civilian infrastructure were recorded.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, at night the Air Force warned of a possible launch of Kalibr missiles from the sea.
