Zelenskyy dismisses Commissioner for Security Guarantees and Development of Defense Forces Moysiuk

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed the Special Commissioner of the President for the Implementation of International Security Guarantees and Development of the Defense Forces of Ukraine to the structure of the Office of the President, Yevhen Moysiuk.

This is stated in decree No. 74 dated February 7, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"To dismiss Moysiuk Yevhen Heorhiyovych from the position of Special Commissioner of the President of Ukraine for the Implementation of International Security Guarantees and Development of the Defense Forces of Ukraine," the document states.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in February 2024, Zelenskyy introduced the position of Special Commissioner of the President for the Implementation of International Security Guarantees and Development of the Defense Forces of Ukraine to the structure of the Office of the President and appointed Lieutenant General Yevhen Moysiuk to this position.

Moysiuk was previously Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2021-2024), Commander of the Airborne Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2019-2021).
