The Ministry of Economy approved the list of expensive cars for 2025, which are subject to transport tax.
This is stated in the material of the ministry, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The list includes cars with an engine cylinder capacity of more than 2.5 liters.
The year of manufacture of such cars is up to 5 years.
The list includes cars of the following brands: Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Hymer-Mercedes, Ineos, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Lexus, Maserati, Mercedes-AMG, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes-Maybach, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Toyota.
Individuals must pay the tax within 60 days after receiving the notification.
The tax is paid by individuals and legal entities, as well as non-residents who have registered a car in Ukraine.
The calculation of the average market value of passenger cars for the purposes of taxation with transport tax is carried out in accordance with the Tax Code of Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, transport tax is levied on passenger cars whose age does not exceed five years and whose cost exceeds 375 minimum wages.
The tax rate is UAH 25,000 for each car.
