Pokrovsk Axis remains the hottest on the entire front line, the enemy continues to pressure the positions of the Ukrainian troops, trying to break through the defense.
The Khortytsia Operational and Strategic Troops Group (OSTG) reports.
"The enemy, mainly without the use of armored vehicles, carried out offensive actions in the areas of the settlements of Zelene Pole, Vodiane Druhe, Malynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Myroliubivka, Promin, Novoukrainka, Udachne, Novooleksandrivka, Sribne, Andriyivka, Dachne, Ulakly, Yantarne. The Defense Forces are inflicting significant losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment. Measures are being taken to prevent the deterioration of the tactical situation," the military reports.
In the Kramatorsk and Toretsk Axes, heavy fighting is underway in Chasiv Yar and Toretsk, the enemy, with the support of artillery and UAVs, continued to storm the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Almost 220 artillery shells were fired at the fortifications in Chasiv Yar. The enemy's attacks were also directed at our fortifications near Orikhovo-Vasylivka, Novomarkove, Predtechyne and Krymske.
"In the Shcherbynivka area, the enemy used two armored personnel carriers, which, together with the landing force, were destroyed by our artillery," the Khortytsia report says.
In total, 127 clashes with the enemy took place in the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia military unit over the past day. The enemy launched 34 air strikes on the positions of our troops and settlements using 72 guided aerial bombs and 597 strikes with kamikaze drones.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, on January 30, the Khortytsia OSTG stated that the number of battles near Pokrovsk is commensurate with the number of combat clashes at the entire front.
Recall, on January 29, the Donetsk Regional Military Administration reported that, despite intensive shelling and the proximity of the front line, about 7,000 civilians continue to remain in Pokrovsk.
