The corresponding violation provides for a penalty of imprisonment for 2 to 5 years.
During martial law, they will be punished by imprisonment for a term of 3 to 8 years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of one to three years.
The same act, committed repeatedly or by prior conspiracy by a group of persons, or in conditions of a special period, except for martial law, is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 3 to 6 years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term of one to three years.
All of the above penalties will also be for intentional violation of the procedure for conducting a military medical examination, which led to exemption from conscription or to discharge from military service due to health reasons.
