NSDC confirms that strike drones hit strategic russian facilities in several of its regions

On the night of January 24, strike drones hit strategic russian facilities in Ryazan, russia, including a local oil refinery.

Andrii Kovalenko, head of the National Security and Defense Council's Center for Countering Disinformation (NSDC’s CCD) has reported this on Telegram.

He says that this refinery is one of the key ones in the russian oil industry, which, although under sanctions, is still operating.

The plant plays an important role in providing fuel to both the civilian and military-industrial complexes of russia.

It produces fuel for military equipment, aviation kerosene, diesel fuel and other types of petroleum products that are used in tanks, aircraft, ships and other equipment of the russian armed forces. A video of a large-scale fire at the enterprise was posted on social media.

Last night, drones attacked the Kremniy plant in Bryansk for the third time. Kovalenko says that microelectronics for missile systems, for the Pantsir air defense systems, Iskander missiles, as well as for radar and electronic warfare systems and russian UAVs are produced here.

Recall that the russian defense ministry complained about a massive drone attack on the regions, moscow and Crimea.

Today in Ryazan, unknown drones attacked an oil depot, a military airfield and the Novo-Ryazanskaya Thermal Power Plant.
