The State Export-Import Bank (Ukreximbank) sold the most expensive lot on the SETAM platform in 2024.
This is stated in the SETAM message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In 2024, SE SETAM sold property for over UAH 5.1 billion.
In 2024, the most successful auctions were the sale of a building in Lviv for UAH 420 million, a building in Kyiv for UAH 136.6 million, and a complex of buildings in the Kyiv Region for UAH 108.4 million.
The most expensive lot is the sale by Ukreximbank of an architectural monument building at 4 Mickevycha Square in the center of Lviv.
Three premises and structures with a total area of 7,108 m², which were owned by the bank, were sold for UAH 420 million at a starting price of UAH 397.562 million.
The asset No. 2 by price is a building in Kyiv at 139 Saksahanskoho St., which was sold for UAH 136.6 million.
The asset No. 3 by price is a complex of buildings in the Kyiv Region in the village of Prolisky, 4 Brovarska St., which was sold for UAH 108.4 million.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in 2023, property worth over UAH 1.9 billion was sold through the OpenMarket electronic auction (State Enterprise SETAM of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine).
