"Kramatorsk district power grids reports that due to an emergency power outage, the city of Kramatorsk is currently partially without electricity," the department said.
In addition, water supply systems in various parts of the city may not work due to a power outage. City residents are urged to stock up on power sources - power banks or charging stations.

Locals are asked not to overload the hotline of the contact center for electricity or water supply issues.
