Doctors in Dnipro, who diagnosed men with HIV and removed them from register. exposed

Another scheme to evade mobilization was exposed in Dnipro. Doctors of the military medical commission in one of the local territorial recruitment and social support centers for USD 10,000 "ascribed" HIV diagnoses to persons liable for military service.

This is reported by the National Police of Ukraine.

In Dnipro, National Police officers exposed officials and doctors of the military medical commission of one of the district territorial recruitment and social support centers and other medical institutions of the city who falsified the results of blood tests for HIV of persons liable for military service.

False data was entered into medical documents and the information system "Monitoring of socially significant diseases". Such actions allowed "sick" men to be removed from the military register and leave Ukraine without hindrance. For this, those liable for military service paid USD 10,000.
