Situation in Pokrovsk stable, there are no russian soldiers in city - Khortytsia OSTG

The situation in Pokrovsk, Donetsk Region, remains stable, there are no soldiers of the aggressor country, the russian federation, in the city.

This was stated by the spokesman for the Khortytsia Operational and Strategic Troops Group (OSTG) of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Viktor Trehubov, on the air of the national telethon.

According to him, the russians are trying to grab the area south of Pokrovsk and advance southwest of the city in order to cut off logistical routes. In particular, there are constant battles in the settlements of Yelyzavetivka, Promin, Lysivka, Zelene, the occupiers want to make this area their base, the spokesman explained.

"The situation in Pokrovsk itself is not developing, it is stable - there is no enemy there. We have already had to counteract the information thrown into the network that he supposedly went there. This is simply not true," the military man explained.
