Poroshenko's son fined UAH 25,000 for ignoring summons to territorial recruitment center and officially recognized as evader - media

Son of MP Petro Poroshenko, Oleksii, liable for military service, who left Ukraine with his brother before the full-scale invasion, has been officially recognized as an evader. Due to his failure to appear for military summons, Oleksii Poroshenko must pay a fine of UAH 25,500.

The text of the relevant resolution was published by the Informator.Ua publication.

According to an official document available to the publication, Oleksii Poroshenko did not appear without good reason at the Pecherskyi district territorial recruitment and social support center for a summons to clarify data. Now Poroshenko's son will be forced to pay UAH 25,500 to the budget.

"To find Poroshenko Oleksii Petrovych guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 4.3 of the Article 210-1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses and to impose an administrative penalty on him in the form of a fine in the amount of 1,500 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which is UAH 25,500," the resolution of the head of the Pecherskyi territorial recruitment and social support center in Kyiv states.

If the oligarch's son ignores the payment of the fine, its amount will double, the publication claims.

"In case of failure to pay the fine within 15 days from the date of delivery of this resolution to the offender, the fine shall be collected forcibly in accordance with Article 308 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in the double amount of UAH 51,000," the document states.

The Informator recalled that Petro Poroshenko's eldest son, Oleksii, who left for London at the beginning of the war and never returned to Ukraine, was declared wanted for failing to appear at the territorial recruitment and social support center upon summons.

Another son, Mykhailo, is also hiding from the Armed Forces of Ukraine abroad, in London, and has repeatedly been involved in scandals related to his support for russia.

The Informator also draws attention to the fact that their father, Petro Poroshenko, is a suspect in the "coal case" related to the purchase of coal from the temporarily occupied territories of the ORDLO, which led to the financing of the LDPR terrorists in the amount of at least UAH 1.5 billion; he conducted active business in russia, paying taxes to the russian budget, which financed the army of the aggressor country. Among the enterprises that worked with the russian federation: Lipetsk Confectionery Factory, Bogdan Motors, Ukrprominvest, Energoavtomatika and others.

In addition, Poroshenko is involved in the case of the transfer of control over the Ukrainian part of the Samara-Western Direction oil pipeline to Medvedchuk's structures in 2016, which took place with his support.

According to media reports, the oligarch is also involved in the misuse of funds from the Poroshenko Charitable Foundation, investing them in military bonds, thus carrying out charitable activities at the expense of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.

Previously, Petro Poroshenko was the Minister of Economic Development in the government of Azarov, who is suspected of high treason, and was appointed by President Yanukovych. Before that, Poroshenko was the founder of the banned Party of Regions, involved in supporting the Kremlin regime, organizing a separatist congress in Sievierodonetsk, justifying the occupation of part of Eastern Ukraine and the subsequent full-scale invasion of the russian federation. He participated in the information and legal legalization of the Kharkiv Agreements that led to the loss of Crimea, calling them "the art of compromise".
