Ukrainian paratroopers capture 27 russian servicemen in Kursk Oblast

Ukrainian paratroopers, together with related units, captured 27 enemy servicemen in the Kursk Oblast – representatives of various regions of russia and the temporarily occupied city of Sevastopol.

The Command of the Air Assault Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported this.

Thus, these days, during the fighting, 27 enemy fighters were captured, including officers, sergeants and soldiers from motorized rifle units, marines, airborne troops and other military units. These are representatives of various regions of russia and the temporarily occupied city of Sevastopol.

"Finding themselves in a difficult combat situation, they made the right choice – they voluntarily laid down their weapons, which saved their lives. All the wounded were immediately provided with first aid," the message says.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, soldiers of the Special Operations Forces (SOF) repelled an assault by North Korean soldiers (DPRK) in the Kursk Oblast. The enemy suffered losses.

Meanwhile, in the Kursk Oblast in early January, an air bomb fell from a russian plane into the yard of a police major's house. The FAB did not explode, but it formed a crater.
