The head of the Center for Countering Disinformation under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine reported on another attack on the Tambov gunpowder plant, which is one of the main suppliers of explosives for the army of the aggressor state russia.
He reported this on Telegram.
"This is not the first time that the Tambov gunpowder plant of the Russian Federation has been attacked. It is one of the key facilities of the Russian military-industrial complex, which is involved in the war against Ukraine," the message says.
It is noted that this plant produces gunpowder used for various types of small arms, artillery and rocket systems. In particular, colloxylin, which is used in the creation of explosives and other specialized products.
"The enterprise is one of the main suppliers of explosives for the Russian army. With the beginning of a full-scale war in Ukraine, production at the plant has increased significantly," Kovalenko added.
Russian media reported, citing local residents, that drones attacked the Tambov Oblast again at night. In particular, explosions were heard in the city of Kotovsk, where a gunpowder factory is located.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the head of the Center for Countering Disinformation stated that camouflaged military facilities were attacked in the Rostov and Leningrad Oblasts of the aggressor state of russia.
