The National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NACB) detective Tymur Arshavin, who, according to Romanian publications, illegally crossed the Ukrainian-Romanian border outside official checkpoints back in October 2024 and has not yet returned to Ukraine, turned out to be involved in the scandalous PrivatBank case.
This is reported by the KP.ua publication.
According to the publication, such information was provided to journalists by their own sources in the NACB. They also suggested that his escape is connected with the fact that the PrivatBank case began to fall apart in the courts, so the participants in the falsification of the case, for which Kolomoisky has been held in a pre-trial detention center for a year and a half, prefer to flee abroad before everything finally falls apart and they are appointed scapegoats.
"There is a lot of commotion in the bureau now, as there are serious concerns that Arshavin, in order to ensure his personal safety, plans to reveal the details of the falsification in the PrivatBank case and name the names of those who gave instructions, and there is a lot of interesting information there," the source said.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the NACB detective Tymur Arshavin fled Ukraine to Romania. In October 2024, he crossed the border outside official checkpoints and has not returned since.
