The russian Telegram channels Baza and Mash reported this on Wednesday, January 8, citing a statement by the governor of the Saratov Oblast, Roman Busargin.
In russian media, they write that the fire has been going on for a day, which firefighters still cannot extinguish. Currently, two people are known to have been killed and one rescuer was injured. The local authorities of Engels have decided to introduce a state of emergency.
