On January 4, a state of emergency of "regional significance" was declared in russian-occupied Sevastopol.

The so-called "head" of the occupation authorities of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhayev has stated this.

Fuel oil was discovered on several beaches. Local residents are helping to clear the area.

In particular, in Orlivka, small spots of petroleum products and fuel oil were found in the water on the shore, about 760 meters along the coastline of the entire Nakhimovets beach.
