On the morning of December 31, russian occupiers attacked Shostka in the Sumy Region - about 12 explosions were heard. Infrastructure facilities were destroyed. The Sumy Region police showed photos of the city after the shelling.
Thus, as a result of the attack, 12 high-rise buildings, 3 private houses, 2 educational institutions, garages, fences and other outbuildings were damaged by the blast wave. The exact amount of damage is being established.
As of 11:00 a.m., there was no information about the wounded.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, debris was also recorded falling in the Darnytskyi District as a result of the morning missile strike on Kyiv on December 31.
