Russia must admit guilt, Azerbaijani President on plane crash

Azerbaijan has set out demands to the aggressor country of russia after the downing of the Azerbaijan Airlines plane.

What Azerbaijan demands:

• the russian side must apologize to Azerbaijan;
• the russian federation must admit its guilt;
• all those responsible must be punished and brought to criminal responsibility;
• Azerbaijan, the injured passengers and crew members must be paid compensation.

"These are our conditions. The first of them was already fulfilled yesterday. I hope that our other conditions will also be accepted. All these conditions are fair. There are no extraordinary requirements or questions here, this is based on international experience and the principles of normal human behavior," the president said.

Aliyev stressed that the final version of the accident will be known after the "black boxes" are opened. But, according to him, the initial versions are also based on facts.

"And the facts are that the Azerbaijani civilian plane received external damage on the territory of russia, near the city of Grozny, and practically lost control. We also know that our plane was brought into an uncontrollable state by electronic warfare means. This is the first damage inflicted on the plane," Aliyev said.

The President of Azerbaijan also stated that as a result of the fire that was opened from the ground, the tail part of the plane was severely damaged.

Recall, the Azerbaijan Airlines airline stated that its Embraer 190 plane, which crashed in Kazakhstan on December 25, underwent physical and technical external interference before the accident.
