On December 27, 162 combat clashes took place on the front, the largest number of which were on the Pokrovsk (52 clashes), Lyman (20 clashes) and Kurakhove (18 clashes) axes.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
Over the past day, the enemy carried out 37 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, in particular, dropped 48 KABs.
In addition, the enemy carried out more than 5,100 attacks on the positions of troops and settlements, 222 of them from MLRS, and used more than 1,900 drones for strikes.
On December 27, 162 combat clashes with the russian occupiers took place on the front.
Thus, on the Kharkiv axis, 2 enemy assaults were repelled on the area of the settlement of Vovchansk.
On the Kupiansk axis, 5 attacks by the occupiers near Petropavlivka and Lozova were repelled.
On the Lyman axis, the enemy attacked 20 times with the support of assault and bomber aircraft in the areas of Pershotravneve, Novoiehorivka, Nadiia, Terny, Torske, Zarichne, Dibrova and in the Serebrianskyi Forest.
On the Siversk axis, the enemy attacked 4 times near Bilohorivka and in the direction of Vyimka.
On the Kramatorsk axis, the occupiers attacked 5 times in the areas of Chasiv Yar, Bila Hora and Stupochky.
On the Toretsk axis, the enemy carried out 10 attacks near Toretsk, Shcherbynivka and Dyliivka, while actively using bomber aircraft.
On the Pokrovsk axis, the defenders stopped 52 offensive actions of the aggressor near Myroliubivka, Promin, Vozdvyzhenka, Lysivka, Dachenske, Novyi Trud, Shevchenko, Novoyelyzavetivka, Novovasylivka and Vovkove.
On the Kurakhove axis, the Defense Forces repelled 18 attacks in the areas of Petropavlivka, Slovianka, Dachne and Kurakhove.
On the Vremivka axis, the enemy, with the support of aviation, carried out 17 assaults near Kostiantynopolske, Rozlyv, Novyi Komar and Novodarivka.
On the Huliaipole axis, one attack was repelled on the area of Bilohiria.
On the Dnieper axis, 3 attacks were repelled.
An operation is underway in the Kursk Oblast of the russian federation, during the day the aggressor carried out 23 air strikes, dropping 27 KABs on its territory, Ukrainian defenders repelled 22 attacks by the occupation forces.
In total, over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck the area of concentration of personnel and munitions, a command post and an enemy air defense system.
On December 27, the losses of the russian invaders amounted to 1,690 people.
