On the Lyman-Kupiansk axis, the russian occupiers have significantly increased the number of personnel for assaults.
Volodymyr Cherniak, an officer of the Rubizh brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU), stated this on the air of Espreso.
"The enemy has recently significantly increased the number of personnel for assault operations, trying to break through our positions. If earlier, a month ago, the enemy operated in smaller groups - in twos, threes, then in dozens, accumulating forces for small assault groups, now it is already operating in whole platoons," noted Cherniak.
According to him, now the russians are using armored vehicles much less and are operating mainly with personnel. For the occupiers, losing one or two battalions to identify weak points on the 10-kilometer front line is not a problem. They are currently doing just that, trying to break through the defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at any cost.
"If earlier we were skeptical about reports of large losses among enemy personnel, now we are convinced that this is indeed the case. When we watch the battles on monitors, we see that the fields are literally covered with enemy bodies after their assaults," said an officer of the Rubizh brigade.
Recall, Zelenskyy said that the DPRK may send new soldiers and equipment to russia.
