Russian army captures 1 settlement and advances near 5 more. DeepState shows updated map

Analysts of the Ukrainian OSINT project DeepState have announced the advance of the russian occupiers in the Donetsk Region. They allegedly captured one settlement and advanced near five more.

This is evidenced by a message on the Telegram channel of DeepState.

OSINT analysts claim that the russians have expanded the zone of control on the Pokrovsk and Kurakhove axes.

It should be noted that as of now, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have neither confirmed nor denied this information.

As the Ukrainian News agency previously reported, earlier today, December 12, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, said that he had visited the Pokrovsk axis. According to him, the command is forced to make non-standard decisions to increase the stability of the defense.

We also reported that over the past day, the russians shelled three settlements in the Donetsk Region, injuring four people.
