Khmelnytskyi MSEC head Krupa receives residence permit in Austria

The head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC), Tetiana Krupa, has received a residence permit in Austria during the war.

This is evidenced by court documents, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

During a search of Krupa's home, investigators found a binder with the inscription "Austria Banks" with documents on 264 sheets and a binder with the inscription "Austria Registration Insurance Study" with documents inside on 33 sheets and eleven residence permits.

It is noted that Krupa received a temporary residence permit in the Republic of Austria in 2022, the validity of which expired in June 2024.

The court took into account that although the validity period of such a residence permit in the Republic of Austria has expired, the suspect, having relevant experience, is obviously familiar with the intricacies of obtaining a temporary residence permit in another state and can use such knowledge to hide from criminal prosecution.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, during the war, the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC Tetiana Krupa received a diploma from the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk and gratitude from Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal for high professionalism. The head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC Tetiana Krupa gave the second group of disability to some citizens in exchange for bribes. The judge did not believe the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NACB) detectives that Krupa threw away 2 bags of dollars during the search.
