150,000-strong group of invaders operating in west of Donetsk Region, almost half of them on Pokrovsk axis

The russian occupation army has gathered a 150,000-strong group on three front lines in the Donetsk Region, where active fighting is currently underway.

Nazar Voloshyn, the spokesman for the Khortytsia operational-strategic grouping of troops, has stated on the air of the All-Ukrainian telethon, his words are quoted by Ukrinform.

According to him, this number of russian servicemen is currently on the Pokrovsk, Kurakhove and Vremivka axes. All three front lines are located in the west of the Donetsk Region.

Voloshyn emphasized that the largest number of invaders is concentrated on the Pokrovsk axis – 70,000 people.

The russians are holding 35,000-36,000 people on the Kurakhove axis, and 40,000 people on the Vremivka axis.

Voloshyn also said that over the past day, on December 9, the Ukrainian military repelled 118 attacks by the invaders on the above-listed front lines.

51 attacks were repelled on the Pokrovsk axis, 40 attacks on the Kurakhove axis, and another 27 combat clashes occurred on the Vremivka axis.

The spokesman for the Khortytsia Operational and Strategic Troops Group emphasized that russian troops have become significantly more active on the Vremivka axis over the past few days.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, today, December 10, it became known that Russian troops had advanced near nine settlements in the west of the Donetsk Region.
