175 combat clashes take place at front during day, most of them in Pokrovsk and Kurakhove Axes

On December 9, 175 combat clashes took place at the front, the enemy was most active in the Pokrovsk (51 clashes) and Kurakhove (40 clashes) Axes.

This was announced by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

During the day, the enemy carried out 37 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, dropping 57 guided aerial bombs.

In addition, it carried out more than 4,000 shellings, including 115 from multiple launch rocket systems, and used 1,617 kamikaze drones for strike.

Over the past day, 175 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded at the front.

Thus, in the Kharkiv Axis, the enemy carried out offensive actions 6 times in the areas of Hlyboke and Vovchansk.

In the Kupyansk Axis, 7 attacks of the invaders were repelled in the areas of Lozova and Zahryzove.

In the Lyman Axis, 14 enemy attacks were repelled, mainly in the areas of Hrekivka, Zelenyi Hai, Nadiya, Makiyivka, Torske and Yampolivka.

In the Kramatorsk Axis, 2 attempts of the invaders to advance near Chasiv Yar and Orikhovo-Vasylivka were repelled.

In the Toretsk Axis, the enemy tried to advance 8 times in the areas of Toretsk, Shcherbynivka and Nelipivka.

In the Pokrovsk Axis, 51 attacks were repelled, in particular, near Myroliubivka, Lysivka, Promen, Dachenske, Chumatske and Shevchenko.

In the Kurakhove Axis, 40 attacks were repelled near Sontsivka, Stari Terny, Zori, Dalne, Dachne and Kurakhove.

In the Vremivka Axis, 27 enemy attacks were repelled in the direction of Kostiantynopol, Novosilka and near Sukhi Yaly, Storozheve, Neskuchne and Blahodatne.

In the Prydniprovskyi Axis, 7 attempts to seize the positions of the defenders were repelled.

The Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an operation in the Kursk Oblast (russian federation), where the enemy has carried out 11 assaults on the positions of Ukrainian units over the past day.

Over the past day, the missile forces of the Defense Forces hit the command post of the russian invaders.

In total, over the past day, the total losses of the russian invaders amounted to 1,350 people.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on December 8, 191 combat clashes took place at the front, with the enemy most actively attacking in the Pokrovsk (53 clashes) and Kurakhove (40 clashes) Axes.
