In January-November, Ukraine imported goods worth USD 63.6 billion, and exported for USD 38.3 billion.
This was announced by the State Customs Service, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
At the same time, taxed imports amounted to USD 52.1 billion, which is 82% of the total volume of imported goods.
Thus, among the leaders of the countries that imported goods to Ukraine: China - USD 13 billion, Poland - USD 6.3 billion and Germany - USD 4.8 billion.
In the total volume of goods imported in January-November 2024, 65% were in the following categories:
- machinery, equipment and transport - USD 22.2 billion;
- chemical industry products - USD 10.7 billion;
- fuel and energy - USD 8.2 billion.
Ukraine exported the most to Poland - USD 4.4 billion, Spain - USD 2.7 billion, Germany - USD 2.7 billion.
The top three most exported goods from Ukraine included:
- food products - USD 22.6 billion;
- metals and products made of them - USD 4.1 billion;
- machinery, equipment and transport - USD 3.2 billion.
The report says that in 11 months of 2024, during customs clearance of exports of goods for which export duties are established, UAH 270.3 million were paid to the budget.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in January-September 2024, imports of goods exceeded exports by USD 20,382 million.
