The case against the head of the Khmelnytskyi Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC), Tetiana Krupa, is being investigated by 33 detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and 16 investigators of the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI).
This is evidenced by the court materials, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Krupa's lawyers noted that some investigative actions could have been carried out and carried out earlier, taking into account the fact that in the criminal proceedings, after Krupa was served with suspicion of committing a criminal offense under Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, an interdepartmental investigative group was created and "33 NABU detectives and 16 investigators of the Territorial Department of the State Bureau of Investigation located in the city of Khmelnytskyi were involved in conducting the pre-trial investigation."
The court took into account that in these criminal proceedings, along with the possible commission of a criminal offense under Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the circumstances of the alleged commission of criminal offenses provided for in Part 5 of Article 190, Part 2 of Article 209, Part 2 of Article 366-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine are being investigated, and from November 20, 2024 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine also the crime provided for in Part 3 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The court materials show that on average 12 detectives and investigators were involved in the investigation of one criminal offense in this criminal proceeding, and from November 20, 2024 - 10 detectives and investigators.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, NABU wants to gain access to telephone conversations of Krupa and her family.
