On December 6, 177 combat clashes took place on the front, the enemy was most active on the Pokrovsk (48 clashes) and Kurakhove (35 clashes) axes.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
During the day, the enemy launched three missile strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements using five missiles, as well as ten air strikes, dropping 36 guided aerial bombs.
In addition, the enemy carried out about 4,000 attacks, 143 of them from multiple launch rocket systems.
Over the past day, 177 combat clashes with the russian occupiers were recorded on the front.
Thus, on the Kharkiv axis near Vovchansk, Tykhe and in the direction of Vysoka Yaruha and Kozacha Lopan, russian terrorists stormed the positions of Ukrainian units five times, but were repulsed.
Nine clashes took place on the Kupiansk axis, in particular near Kolisnykivka, Lozova, Zahryzove and Zapadne.
On the Lyman axis, the enemy attacked 14 times near Cherneshchyna, Hrekivka, Kopanky, Nadiia, Makiivka, Torske and Terny.
On the Kramatorsk axis, five clashes took place near the settlements of Bila Hora and Stupochky.
On the Toretsk axis, the russians attacked nine times near Toretsk, Dyliivka and Shcherbynivka.
On the Pokrovsk axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled 48 enemy assault actions on the areas of the settlements of Myroliubivka, Promin, Lysivka, Zhovte and Chumatske.
On the Kurakhove axis, there were 35 attacks near Stari Terny, Zoria, Sontsivka, Kurakhove, Dachne and Dalnie.
On the Vremivka axis, Ukrainian defenders repelled 21 assaults by the occupiers near the settlements of Uspenivka, Kostiantynopolske, Rozdolne, Novodarivka and Novosilka.
On the Orikhiv axis, an attempt to attack the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the direction of Novodanylivka turned out to be a failure for the invaders.
The enemy was defeated three times, attacking the defensive lines of the Ukrainians on the Dnieper axis.
On the Kursk axis (russian federation), Ukrainian defenders repelled 14 attacks by the russian invaders.
On the Huliaipole axis, the situation did not change much.
On December 6, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces launched five strikes on areas of concentration of enemy personnel and military equipment, and also hit two enemy control points.
In total, the total losses of the russian invaders over the past day amounted to 1,300 people.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on December 5, 188 combat clashes took place at the front, 50 of which were on the Kurakhove axis and 40 on the Pokrovsk axis.
