The Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar increases the fee for its services by an average of 25%, while providing subscribers with more services and bonuses.

“Kyivstar always strives to provide high-quality communication, stable Internet and additional services that meet the modern needs of our subscribers. That is why the company has revised the terms of some tariff plans for contract subscribers, and by the end of the year it will revise some more subscription tariffs. On average, the price will change by 25% to the cost of the tariff," Kyivstar said.
The cost of the tariff plans "LOVE UA Light Contract 2023", "YOUR Region", "YOUR Optimum", Smart Max, "YOUR Premium", "YOUR Premium+" has already changed. However, subscribers were provided with new promotional superpowers, such as unlimited Internet, unlimited calls and unlimited SMS. At the same time, the tariff plans "YOUR Choice", Smart, Kyivstar 4G, "Bezlim", "Kyivstar 4G Extra+ 2018", "LOVE UA Magnit Contract 2023" and are generally no longer available due to their liquidation.
So, most Ukrainians will now have to pay more or switch to cheaper tariffs. Recall that this spring, Kyivstar already raised tariffs for its services.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, mobile operators note that it is extremely difficult to ensure 100% autonomy of mobile communications and the Internet for 10 hours during power outages.
Previously, mobile operators were required to provide 10 hours of network operation during a power outage.
