The situation on the combat line remains tense. Ukrainian defenders continue to actively oppose the russian aggressor, causing it losses in manpower and equipment.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has stated this in its operational update on Facebook, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In total, 153 combat clashes have occurred since the beginning of the day.
The areas of the settlements of Velyka Berizka, Porozok, Bachivsk, Sumy Region; Senkivka, Chernihiv Region; Tymofiivka, Kharkiv Region were affected by barrel artillery and MLRS fire.
In addition, on the Kharkiv axis, the russian occupiers attacked the defensive lines of Ukrainian units eight times in vain near Vovchansk, Kozacha Lopan and Hoptivka.
On the Kupiansk axis, Ukrainian soldiers repelled three enemy attacks near Pishchane, Kolisnykivka, Lozova, Zahryzove, Novoiehorivka, and three more clashes are still ongoing.
On the Lyman axis, the invading army carried out 13 assault and offensive actions near Hrekivka, Druzheliubivka, Novoiehorivka, Zarichne, Terny and Torske during the day, and three more clashes are still ongoing.
Our defenders repelled ten enemy assaults, and two more clashes are continuing on the Kramatorsk axis near the settlements of Chasiv Yar, Predtechyne and Stupochky.
12 clashes are ongoing near the settlements of Toretsk, Nelipivka and Shcherbynivka on the Toretsk axis.
On the Pokrovsk axis, since the beginning of the day, the invaders have made 28 attempts to push our defenders from the occupied positions in the areas of the settlements of Myroliubivka, Promin, Myrnohrad, Lysivka, Krasnyi Yar, Dachenske, Zhovte, Chumatske and Novyi Trud. The defense forces are holding back the onslaught and repelling 26 enemy attacks, 2 clashes are still ongoing. The enemy's losses are being specified.
On the Kurakhove axis, the invaders have carried out 38 attacks near Sontsivka, Berestky, Zoria, Novodmytrivka, Kurakhove, Dachne, Dalnie, Katerynivka, Romanivka, Antonivka, Hanivka and Uspenivka, 12 clashes are still ongoing.
Fifteen times, our defenders have repelled enemy attacks on the Vremivka axis near the settlements of Veselyi Hai, Kostiantynopolske, Rozlyv, Velyka Novosilka and Novopil.
The enemy has not carried out any active actions on the Siversk, Orikhiv, Huliaipole and Dnieper axes as of the reporting time.
