Defense Intelligence fighters destroy russian radar Podlyot for USD 5 million in Crimea

On Thursday, November 28, reconnaissance officers destroyed the russian radar complex Podlyot near the settlement of Kotovske in the west of temporarily occupied Crimea.

This is stated in the message of the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The Defense Intelligence said that the enemy uses the mobile radar 48Ya6-K1 Podlyot to detect air targets at low and extremely low altitudes in a difficult interference environment.

The estimated cost of the destroyed enemy radar complex Podlyot, intended, in particular, for issuing target designations for the S-300 and S-400 air defense systems, is USD 5 million.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, as of Thursday morning, November 27, the Ukrainian military had eliminated 1,220 occupiers. Since the beginning of the invasion, the losses of the army of the aggressor country of the russian federation have already exceeded 736,000 soldiers.

It was also reported that on the night of November 24, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit the radar station of the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system of the russian occupiers in the Kursk Oblast of the aggressor country of the russian federation.
