On the night of November 25, 2024 and during the day, Ukraine suffered a massive attack by enemy drones. The invaders used Shahed type strike UAVs and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unidentified type, which were launched from the directions: Oryol, Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk and from the temporarily occupied Crimea.
It was reported by the Air Forces.
In total, the radio-technical troops of the Air Forces recorded 145 enemy drones, 71 of which were successfully destroyed in 14 regions of Ukraine, including Kyiv, Cherkasy, Kharkiv, Odesa, Donetsk and other Regions. Aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, mobile fire groups and electronic warfare means participated in repelling the attacks.
One of the drones flew towards Belarus, the rest were lost in location due to active countermeasures by electronic warfare systems.
The Air Forces noted that previously the attacks by the Shaheds were only carried out at night, but now the invaders are using them during the day.
