Over the past 24 hours, November 23, 227 combat clashes were recorded at the front, the situation remains difficult. In the Pokrovsk Axis, the Defense Forces stopped 55 attacks by the russians, in the Kurakhove Axis - 47.
This is stated in the summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"The situation at the front remains difficult. The enemy, using its superiority in manpower and equipment, is attacking our positions. Ukrainian defenders are steadfastly holding back the onslaught of the occupiers and inflicting significant losses on the enemy," the message says.
Thus, the enemy launched 39 air strikes on the positions of Ukrainian units and settlements, in particular, it dropped 53 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it carried out more than 3,000 shellings, of which 159 were from MLRS and involved more than 800 kamikaze drones for destruction.
Meanwhile, the Defense Forces' aviation, missile troops and artillery hit two areas of concentration of personnel, weapons and military equipment, and one radar station of the enemy.
In the Kharkiv Axis, there were 13 combat clashes with russian invaders in the areas of Vovchansk and Tykhe.
In the Kupyansk Axis, there were 12 attacks by invaders per day. The Defense Forces repelled enemy assault actions near Hlushkivka, Synkivka, Zahryzove, Novoplatonivka, Kindrashivka, Pishchane and Zelenyi Hai.
In the Lymansk Axis, the enemy attacked 17 times. Tried to wedge into the Ukrainian defenses near Druzheliubivka, Tverdokhlibove, Novoyehorivka, Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Cherneshchyna, Kopanky, Yampolivka and Terny.
In the Siversk Axis, over the past day, our defenders repelled 1 enemy assault in the area of iBelohorivka.
In the Kramatorsk Axis, the invaders attacked 3 in the areas near Stupochky and Chasiv Yar.
In the Toretsk Axis, the enemy carried out 2 attacks in the direction of Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsk Axis, our defenders stopped 55 attacks of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Promin, Lysivka, Krutyi Yar, Myrnohrad, Hryhorivka, Myroliubivka, Zhovte, Pushkine, Petrivka and Pustynka. The greatest concentration of combat clashes was near Dachenske.
The enemy actively used bomber and assault aircraft to strike in the Axis.

In the Kurakhove Axis, the Defense Forces repelled 47 attacks. Actively using aviation, the invaders tried to advance near Berestky, Dalne, Romanivka, Sontsivka, Zori, Novodmytrivka, Kurakhove, Katerynivka and Antonivka.
In the Vremivka Axis, the enemy carried out 26 assaults on our positions in the areas of Velyka Novosilka, Novodarivka, Trudove, Sukhi Yali, Rozdolne,Kostiantynopilske and Rivnopillia.
In the Hulyaipole and Orikhiv Axes, over the past day, the enemy did not conduct assault operations.
Five times, without success, the invaders' troops tried to displace the Defense Forces units from the occupied positions in the Prydniprovskyi Axis.
The operation is also ongoing in the Kursk Oblast. Over the past day, the enemy has launched 197 artillery attacks on the positions of our soldiers, 13 of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.
No signs of enemy offensive formations have been detected in the Volyn and Polissia Axes.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Pokrovsk district military administration of the Donetsk Region is being moved 27 km from the front line.
