As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, South Korean National Security Advisor Shin Won-sik said on November 22 that russia, among other things, supplied North Korea with air defense missiles in exchange for the deployment of its troops to participate in the war against Ukraine. In addition, russia probably supplied more than a million barrels of oil to the DPRK in eight months of this year, violating the resolutions of the National Security Council.

As a reminder, the North Korean troops deployed in russia are estimated to have been assigned to the Moscow Airborne Brigade and Marine Corps, and some of the North Korean soldiers have already entered combat.

On November 4, the Center for Countering Disinformation reported that the Ukrainian Defense Forces inflicted the first casualties on North Korean military personnel.
