Since the night of November 22, the aggressor state russia has been attacking Ukraine with Shahed and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unidentified type. As of 5:30 p.m., air defense forces have shot down 64 enemy drones, 41 drones were lost in location. Four more UAVs are in Ukrainian airspace.
It was reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"During the current day, from 01:30 a.m. on November 22, 2024, the invaders are attacking Ukraine with strike UAVs of the Shahed type and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unidentified type from the Russian Oryol. In total, the radio-technical troops of the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine detected and tracked 114 enemy air targets," the message says.
It is indicated that as of 5:30 p.m., 64 enemy drones were shot down by air defense, mainly in the center of the country and in the northeastern regions.
"41 drones were lost in location, presumably due to active countermeasures by the Defense Forces' electronic warfare, two more Russian UAVs left Ukrainian airspace in the direction of Russia and Belarus," the agency added.
Meanwhile, combat operations continue, as 4 enemy UAVs are still in Ukrainian airspace.
