The former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and currently the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom Valerii Zaluzhnyi stated this, Ukrainska Pravda reported on Thursday, November 21.
"I believe that in 2024, we can absolutely assume that World War III has begun. The reason is that in 2024, Ukraine is no longer facing Russia. Ukraine is facing soldiers from North Korea. Let's be honest,” Zaluzhnyi said.
According to him, the Iranian Shaheds, North Korean-made missiles, Chinese shells and Chinese parts in russian missiles used against Ukraine give reason to say that the world war has begun and the world should prepare for it. Zaluzhnyi stressed that the world needs to draw the right conclusions while the war can be stopped on the territory of Ukraine.
Partners do not understand that Ukraine already has too many enemies, and the state is holding on at the expense of technology: "…but it is unclear whether it can win this battle alone. So I believe that the world war has already begun," Zaluzhnyi emphasized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 20, the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom Valerii Zaluzhnyi advised the Ukrainian military not to be afraid of death and to kill the enemy first.
On November 12, Zaluzhnyi addressed the British Parliament and stated that a decisive moment had come for Ukraine.
