US Embassy in Kyiv warns of possible "significant airstrike" on November 20

Today, November 20, the russian federation may launch a major airstrike on Ukraine.

The US Embassy in Ukraine reports this, stating that it has received "specific information".

"Out of an abundance of caution, the embassy will be closed... The embassy recommends that US citizens be prepared to immediately hide in the event of an airstrike," the embassy said in a statement posted on the embassy's website.

The embassy did not provide any details about the possible strike.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Kyiv Region was once again attacked by russian drones, and air defenses are operating in the region.

On the night of November 19, an air alert lasted for almost 9 hours in the Cherkasy Region. A UAV was recorded falling, causing damage to a power line, as well as windows and roofs of private buildings, and a fire broke out in a non-residential building. No wounded were reported.

In addition, since the evening, russian terrorist troops have launched strike drones and guided aerial bombs over Zaporizhzhia and the region.

In Zaporizhzhia, 10,000 residents were left without electricity due to an attack by russian drones.
