President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this in an evening video message on Thursday, November 14.
Zelenskyy noted that the plan will consist of 10 points that are necessary for the state to survive. According to him, today the cultural sovereignty and cultural heritage of Ukraine, as well as internal security, were worked out. In addition, the President announced "good achievements" at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Security Service of Ukraine.
Points related to energy and weapons, namely Ukrainian production and cooperation with partners, were also elaborated.
"A total of 10 points, which will be presented next week, and under each point, together with Ukrainian civil society, together with everyone, who is ready to supplement with rational ideas, with business, we will actually prepare a basic, doctrinal document for Ukraine, for our stability. With clear annexes. Step by step. How we will direct our internal capabilities for the sake of Ukrainian victory," Zelenskyy said.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on October 16, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy presented the Victory Plan for Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada.
On October 17, Zelenskyy said that if the West does not support the Victory Plan, it will be a big mistake and a privilege for the aggressor country of russia.
According to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, there is no consensus among EU leaders regarding the assessment of the Victory Plan.
