President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has tasked the head of the Office of the President Andrii Yermak to prepare the President's message to the Verkhovna Rada on the internal and external situation of Ukraine by December 1.
This is stated in Order No. 130 of November 12, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
In order to ensure the preparation of the draft of the President's annual message to the Rada, Zelenskyy formed a working group headed by Yermak.
Methodical and scientific support for the preparation of the draft message is entrusted to the director of the National Institute of Strategic Studies, deputy head of the working group Oleksandr Bohomolov.
The working group has been instructed to prepare and submit a draft message for consideration by December 1.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on December 28, 2022, Zelenskyy delivered his annual message to the parliament at the last plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada, focusing on military tasks, the development of the military-industrial complex, post-war reconstruction issues, and the issues of Ukrainian refugees and veterans. Zelenskyy's speech was reported ex post facto.
