In occupied Sevastopol, a car driven by a russian soldier, a captain of the 1st rank of the Black Sea Fleet, exploded in the morning. He died on the spot from his injuries.
The russian protege in Crimea Mikhail Razvozhayev reported this on his Telegram channel.
The incident happened on Shevchenka Street. The car caught fire from the explosion. Rescuers who arrived at the scene evacuated the driver and handed him over to medics, but they were unable to save him. The man died from his injuries.
According to russian Telegram channels, the driver was the commander of the 41st brigade of missile ships and boats of the Black Sea Fleet, a captain of the 1st rank. His name is reported to be Valery.
The explosion allegedly tore off his legs and ruptured his pelvis.
The russian side believes that improvised explosive devices were placed under the bottom of the car.
