No enemy ships detected in Black and Azov Seas – Navy

There is not a single russian warship in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas, but the Black Sea Fleet of the russian federation still has eight cruise missile carriers.

Dmytro Pletenchuk, the spokesman of the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, told about this on the air of the telethon.

According to him, the russians have not used the Sea of Azov for a long time.

"The countdown can be counted from the moment of the destruction of the Slavyanin railway ferry by the Naval Forces. After that, they fully understood that it is extremely dangerous to be in the waters of the Sea of Azov, even under the cover of civilian vessels, as they did. There, by the way, are not so many fairways, and the recommended routes as well, due to the fact that the Sea of Azov is shallow," said Pletenchuk.

Recently, only submarines have been observed in the Black Sea "as ships that ensure the safety of the base point, that is, protect it."

"Therefore, we can say that the situation there is stable, as of today, there is not a single ship from the two water areas. But again, we always believe that the danger may be present. It should not be forgotten that eight cruise missile carriers remain in the Black Sea Fleet. However, they are at the base point," Pletenchuk added.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, one missile carrier was in the Black Sea on November 7, and there were no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
