November 8 drone attack on refinery in russia was first after pause of more than 2 months

A November 8 attack by Ukrainian drones on an oil refinery in the Saratov Oblast of the aggressor state of the russian federation was the first in the last two months.

The publication drew attention to the fact that Ukraine had not attacked an oil refinery on the territory of russia since September of this year.

The latest victim of Ukrainian drones was the moscow Refinery, owned by Gazprom Neft. Then the enterprise was forced to stop the work of almost half of the capacities.

Recall that on November 8, the RBC-Ukraine publication reported with reference to its own sources that the Defense Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine carried out an attack on an oil refinery in Saratov.

The drone attack was confirmed by the governor of the region, Roman Busargin. According to him, air defense equipment allegedly shot down a drone, and the fire started due to falling debris.

The Ministry of Defense of the russian federation said that on the night of November 7-8, six drones were allegedly shot down in the Saratov Oblast.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on September 1 this year, Ukrainian drones attacked an oil refinery in moscow. As a result of the hit, a fire started on the territory of the enterprise.
