President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Myroslav Biletskyi as the Head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration.
This is stated in Decree No. 756 of November 8, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"To appoint Myroslav Zoltanovych Biletskyi as the Head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration," the Decree reads.
By Decree No. 754, Zelenskyy released Biletskyi from the temporary duties of the Head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration.
Since February 2021, 48-year-old Biletskyi has been working as the First Deputy Head of the Zakarpattia State Administration, since September 8 he has been the acting head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on Friday the Cabinet of Ministers approved the appointment by Zelenskyy of Biletskyi as the Head of the Zakarpattia State Administration.
In September, Zelenskyy dismissed the Head of the Zakarpattia Regional State Administration, Viktor Mykyta, and appointed him Deputy Head of the President's Office.
In December 2021, Zelenskyy appointed an employee of the Security Service of Ukraine, Mykyta, as the Governor of Zakarpattia.
