The principle of "fight or work" announced by the authorities has already begun to operate. Its basis lies in the fact that summonses for mobilization through the Oberih system were primarily given to those persons liable for military service who do not pay taxes.
This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal at the Kyiv International Economic Forum on Thursday.
"This principle has already been implemented. As of today, 98% of sent out summonses, which are already formed through the Oberih register, are sent to people who do not pay a single hryvnia of taxes and are not registered anywhere. Priority in mobilization today is given to people who do not work, the unemployed. Accordingly, the basis of this principle has already been implemented. Only 2% of summonses were sent to working people in the last two months," he said.
We will remind you that it was previously reported that sending summonses by Ukrposhta does not differ from sending court documents. The envelope looks like an ordinary registered letter, which the recipient receives under his signature.
We will remind you that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine is going to automate the issuance of summonses, which will be generated in the Oberih register and signed by the head of the territorial recruitment and social support center with an electronic signature.
In addition, over the past year in Ukraine, the mobilization indicators have increased three times, the next step is the reform of the territorial recruitment and social support centers.
