Occupier, who witnessed execution of Ukrainian soldiers, captured in Kursk Oblast

The Armed Forces of Ukraine captured a russian invader from the 155th marine brigade of the Pacific Fleet of the russian federation, who witnessed the killing of Ukrainian prisoners of war.

This was reported by the Airborne Assault Troops.

The occupier was captured by fighters of the 47th separate mechanized brigade on the territory of the Kursk Oblast.

The russian admitted that in October 2022, while serving a sentence in one of the penal colonies, he agreed to sign a contract with PMC Wagner. As part of the units, he initially participated in assault operations in the settlements of Soledar and Bakhmut.

In addition, in June 2023, he took part in the "campaign" to Moscow, which was then organized by the leader of the Wagner PMC Prigozhin.

In June of this year, according to the prisoner of war, he signed a new contract and joined the 155th marine brigade. In August, when the brigade was transferred to the Kursk Oblast, he took a direct part in the hostilities as an assistant grenade launcher.

In late September, he witnessed the murder of two Ukrainian prisoners of war near the settlement of Glushkovo. According to the captured russian, the order for the execution and subsequent beheading of the bodies was given by the commander of the unit.

The prisoner of war gave his name, as well as the names of the soldiers who were the direct perpetrators of this war crime.

According to intelligence reports, currently the 155th separate marine infantry brigade has suffered significant losses in the Kursk Oblast, due to which the personnel of the unit often leave combat positions and refuse to carry out orders.

It will be recalled that the occupiers shot six captured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Pokrovsk Axis.
