"One cannot end Ukrainian conflict overnight." Kremlin reacts to Trump's statement about end of war

In the aggressor country of the russian federation, it is considered impossible to end the war in Ukraine overnight.

The press secretary of russian dictator vladimir putin, Dmitry Peskov, announced this, while commenting on Donald Trump's statement.

"If you remember, we have repeatedly said that the United States is able to contribute to the end of this conflict. Of course, this cannot be done overnight," he was quoted as saying by russian mass media.

Peskov also called the U.S. "a country that incites and throws kerosene into the conflict" and allegedly "takes a direct part" in the war.

"The U.S. is capable of changing this trajectory of its foreign policy. But whether it will be done and in what way, we will see again after January," Putin's spokesman said.

During his speech to voters, Trump, announcing himself as the new president, said that he was going to end all wars, including in Ukraine.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on November 5, presidential election was held in the U.S., where the main candidates were the current vice president, 60-year-old Democrat Kamala Harris, and the ex-president of the U.S., 78-year-old Republican Donald Trump. On the same date, the Congress was renewed - elections to both chambers were held.

On election day in the U.S., several false mine threats originating from russia briefly disrupted voting at two polling stations in the state of Georgia.
